Anytime I visit the office, I am met with very pleasant staff. I am received and served in a very timely manner. I have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend anyone to come there for any reason. Thank you so much.

She's very attentive after our appointment. She makes sure I get my dosages properly. And sometimes I'd be in a rush for my treatment, like my surgery that goes through. But at the end of the visit, I usually feel better about getting the test done first.

Just a problem with picking up my medication after my appointment, once I arrived at CVS it wasn't there

Beaumont Weight Control Center and Dr Zalesin have been so wonderful with me. For the past 3 years they have always been there to help answer any questions or concerns that I have had. Dr Zalesin is so attentive and helpful!

Dr. Zalesin is very helpful and very up-to-date on evidenced based medicine for the treatment of obesity. She has been helpful with prescribing medication that is evidenced based and known to effectively treat obesity.

I usually am a patient at canton weightloss center but I had to xome out to royal oak for an appointment. I'm normally bearly sit and I'm called back at canton. Well fir royal oak I waited a little while for the provider. That why I gave a 9. But it wasn't tol bad of a wait.

Dr. Zalesin and the whole Bariatric staff are AWESOME!!

Everyone was helpful friendly and accommodated me quickly. The nurse that checked me in was very nice and I had actually arrived an hour early for my appt by mistake. She quickly helped me and asked Dr to squeeze me in so I didn't have to stay there and wait for my actual appt time. Thanks for always being so helpful there!!

Always a wonderful experience

I had a wonderful experience. There was no waiting in the either the waiting area or inside the room. Dr. Zalesin was incredibly thorough, everyone was extremely friendly, and I was in and out of there in a timely manner so, I very highly recommend them.

This journey has been one of the best experiences. From the time I walk in the door the receptionists that greet you, the nurses that take you back are far beyond the kindest and friendliest staff members. They all make you feel welcome, always with a smile and has made a most life changing situation so comforting. Dr. Zalesin who I am so lucky to have as my physician is absolutely the best of best! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and caring and I am so fortunate that she is the Doctor that is following me. She takes her time with any questions I have. Is very thorough and makes me feel comfortable at each and every appointment. I truly feel that she is giving me the absolute BEST care! I can't say enough about her!

My provider is exceptional

I love all the staff at Beaumont. They treat me with respect. They don't judge me. They make sure that I'm doing what I'm supposed to do. They help me to get it right, if I don't get it right/ They always go out to check on me and they just make me feel comfortable and I hope that this experience can help someone else or if somebody else is getting the same treatment, but Beaumont is the best to me. Overall amazing experience from the receptionist to the nurses that check to me in, and drew my blood and everything. From the doctor, everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. I felt like I left there more confident than when I came in and I feel like I have a team that is there to support with this training. So overall amazing experience and no negative feedback.

I was really impressed how the doctor knew all of my history and also reminded me some things I totally forgotten about, some of my medical conditions to get a great job. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr.Z is very personable and I'm very comfortable in discussing all aspects of my health with her.

Felt some frustration. I went to a introduction seminar back in January. Was told could probably get in February. Well I could not get in until April. When I went in I found out I need so much more done and now that will take 6-9 months to get those appointments done. This should have communicated with me back in January when I made my initial appointment. I am actually considering other options for this procedure.

I've always found the staff (MAs) to be very pleasant and friendly. I believe the front staff is much too busy to provide exceptional service to patients. Dr. Zalesin has been tremendous and supportive throughout my journey.

I appreciate the staff and doctor's extra effort to see me. I was about 15 minutes late due to really bad I96 and I696 traffic.

The weight loss clinic has helped me maintain my weight for the last seven years! Everyone is wonderful there and I have great treatment and I've been able to keep myself pretty healthy with their help.

I completed a medical questionnaire online but when I was at the office they couldn't find it I had to repeat the process which was extremely irritating.

Dr. Z and the staff are awesome!!! They are keeping me alive and helping me along a healthy lifestyle. shame they can't expand to others.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Z, my only concerns are with the check-in and receptionists. I waited quite awhile to check-in while she was helping another patient, but I then heard her tell a nurse "she's late" when I was not - I spent at least 15 minutes standing in line waiting to check in.
