I changed my hay supplier to TNT just over a year ago. Their customer service and support is excellent. The delivery... guys couldn’t be mor professional, or nice. The hay I have received is excellent. I have a hay steamer and previously the residue in the runoff tray was really dirty, since switching to TNT hay, the residue is almost clear. I honestly can’t believe the difference!read more

Our previous hay supplier dumped us because we didn't have room for a one-ton delivery in the Summer!In December we... needed to restock and I turned to TNT. There was snow. The thing is that the driveway is long, steep and surpentines.I tried to cancel on the delivery date, fearing that their truck would get in trouble on the driveway. Steve wouldn't hear of it. He sent a recovery truck along with the hay truck.I am jaw-dropping impressed. They made it up to the barn. I will gladly do business with them again. I just received my first shipment of hay from TNT, and I could not be happier! As a first time hay buyer as I have also... had full care board for my horses, I had many questions, and TNT made the process super quick, easy, and pain-free. They happily answered all of my questions, delivered the hay within days of ordering, stacked it neatly in the loft, and even cleaned up all of the scraps! My experience with Steve and his helper , was , hands down, the best !I called Steve, in a bit of a panic because my... current hay supplier just wasn’t able to come through …Whenowning horses, it’s so important to have a reliable source with nice quality hay .Well …. Steve and his help ( I wish I got his name … next time 😎 ) show up , on the hottest day on record!! They delivered 7 ton of beautiful hay !I’m not just down the road … they had to drive to Horseshoe Bay , take a 45 minute ferry ride, to get to the Coast , and then travel on, to get to me 😊I am so relieved… and happy , to have found a fantastic, reliable source of beautiful hay !Thanks again TNT Hay !!read more

TNT Is an amazing company. Their staff will work tirelessly to make sure you have the best customer service possible... and they are just good people. I not only know some people who get Hay from them but I was going to get a job driving with them myself; Steve did absolutely everything to get me on board but due to some family health issues I couldn't take the position. I could tell from the first time I spoke to Steve that him.and his team where very professional and just good, honest people + they work/support many small Local businesses and farms of whom I whole heartedly support as well. My experience with TNT has been very positive. Steve is very helpful on the phone in detailing the different hays... available to help me make the right choice. Matt and whoever may be helping him with the delivery is very friendly and very efficient. The one time I had a problem with the hay, they were here withing a couple of days and took away the problem hay and brought me a new batch which was much better. I highly recommend them. ps They are also very good at keeping you informed as to when they will arrive.read more
