Introducing NTOPP v2, a mod that was made to accurately port over Pizza Tower to SRB2. Although not perfect, we hope that this is enough for you to enjoy.
Here's Peppino. A fast, yet hard to control character. Once you get the hang of him, he's unstoppable.

He has all of his moves ported over from Pizza Tower, fully adapted to 3D. For controls, check the Character Select.

The Noise is like Peppino, but has more tricks up his sleeve. Once again, all of his moves were ported from Pizza Tower.

I only created this account to give this rating to the mod, I love it. As of the date I write this, I make it clear that there are levels that are not made for the mod and local multiplayer has problems with jumping. But, still, I like the moveset so much that I will leave 5 stars because it is very fun for me to play with Peppino Mortadella and The Sound.
If I have to be more specific, I'll say that if it doesn't have all of them, it has most of the moves from the original. The interface is also faithful (although I think the loading screen when falling is a bit long).
I like to complete levels by climbing walls and reaching the goal as quickly as possible. I think he is one of the most comfortable characters to use because, even if he hits a wall, he will try to slide to compensate for his low horizontal mobility. This helps on maps with small areas and sharp turns (although it won't work with a wall completely facing you).

Like I said in my Vivian review, early 2024 hadn't had much for SRB2 mods, but after playing this, just wow. Def the best character mod of the year
I played the original version, and they were incredibly fun to play. Not really faithful to the source material, but great in their own right!
After playing the update, holy sh*t. It's like night and day.
Peppino and the Noise play like one to one recreations of how they are in pizza tower. That's it. You somehow ripped them from their games and stuffed them in SRB2. It's literally just them and they're perfect. Just perfect.
The criticisms I have is actually the reason I love this mod in the first place. It's literally just Peppino and the Noise. But because of that it makes them incredibly overpowered. Noise can basically just fly over anything. Which isn't a problem for an exploration based game like pizza tower, but SRB2 is all about obstacles and limited moveset. But that's more of a nitpick then an actual criticism. It's also quite difficult to do certain moves like uppercutting and using the crusher. But after a while I got used to it!
TLDR: It's perfect. I love this mod. 10/10.

A surprisingly accurate recreation of pizza tower's physics!
My one nitpick is that the "skree" sound effect is a little too loud.

Okay, so, take everything I said that wasn't so good about this mod in the version I last reviewed and throw all of that out of the window. Peppino's no longer as heavy when jumping and fast when walking, AND there's more new sprites!
In the current state, it's the best (and sort of only) pizza tower character mod.
The mod is very faithful to most if not all controls of the OG Pizza Tower, with the Mach Run, crouch and crawl, slide, superjump, even the taunt!
Everyone who worked on this mod put alot of love in it, and it shows. With some things like a whole map of Peppino's Pizza in the first level that leads to act 1 of Greenflower Zone, and just.. listen, it's really good. I don't know what else to say.
My only complaint?..uh.. I guess Peppino is a little TOO fast, but only by a little bit?
It's just a fun time overall. VERY recommended.
I'm very excited to see future updates.

this is simply the best mod ive ever played without a doubt, its faitful too the original, this is exactly how pizza tower would play if it was 3D, and it finally has 2 things ive wanted for like ever
